“Shakhtar” is a sanatorium of a closed cycle. The resort “Shakhtar” is specializing in the treatment of patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, liver and metabolic disorders in patients with diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, diseases of urinary tract, prostate and urine bladder.
Territory
Big closed territory with small park and car parking, with an admission mode. There is a club with various programmes and dancing parties. Library works every day.
Nutrition
In “Shakhtar” sanatorium there is a canteen for 500 seats. Its two halls work in “standard” and “superior” nutrition systems. Guests of standard rooms can choose between standard or superior nutrition. Guests of junior suites and suites have superior nutrition. Nutrition is provided three times a day by a recommended menu according to the appropriate diet. In the evenings a bar hospitably opens its doors.

Treatment in sanatorium Shakhtar
“Shakhtar” sanatorium offers to its guests a modern medical complex with new medical devices and a diagnostical centre, equipped with the only in Truskavets computer tomograph. Complete examination of the internal organs can be organized in biochemical, clinical and bacteriological laboratories; urological, gynecological cabinets; diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases is organized in the cabinet of functional diagnostics on the electrocardiograph. Also there is underwater shower-massage, ultrasonic diagnostics, hydrocolonotherapy. Services of non-traditional medicine methods: manual therapy, acupuncture.
Location
The sanatorium is located in the picturesque place of the resort, in 15 minutes of walk to the central pump-room of mineral waters.
