The building was erected in 1931 in the “modern” style with elements of historicism and Ukrainian folk architecture.

The villa housed thirty elegantly furnished rooms and a dining room with dietary catering.

The owner of the villa was Mayer Ruderfer.

Today, it operates as the boutique hotel “Rafael,” offering 22 well-appointed rooms, each of which is unique and original. The unique design of each room contributes to a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
