“Moldova” sanatorium belongs to the therapeutic-sanatorium rehabilitational association of State chancellery of republic Moldova. It is a modern therapeutic-diagnostical complex and one of the promising health resorts of Truskavets, which started working in 1984.
Sanatorium complex includes:
- Dormitory building for 350 people;
- Therapeutic-diagnostical building, which includes needed therapeutic-diagnostical cabinets. These cabinets provide organization of complete examination and treatment of all diseases, which are profile of this resort;
- assembly hall;
- canteen with a dinner hall;
- bar;
- dancing hall;
- modern SPA-centre of European level – “MOLDOVA Wellness & SPA” with pools, saunas, massage cabinets, therapeutic sports hall and phytobar. It started working in August 2012.

Treatment in sanatorium Moldova
Sanatorium “Moldova” in Truskavets is intended for the treatment of:
- Diseases of urogenital system (chronic pyelonephritis, cystitis, urolithiasis, chronic prostatitis);
- Disease of gastrointestinal tract (chronic gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, chronic pancreatitis, chronic colitis);
- Diseases of hepatobiliary system (chronic hepatitis, chronic cholecystitis, gallstone disease, dyskinesia of biliary tracts);
- Metabolic diseases (diabetes mellitus, gout, obesity).
We have the only one in Truskavets
Rehabilitational centre of vertebrology for treatment of diseases of musculoskeletal apparatus and peripheral nervous system. Treatment is conducted by method of vertical underwater spine stretching with usage of radon lamps, natural peloid mud of Dead sea, massages and other balneological and physiotherapeutic procedures.

Sanatorium “Moldova” is located on the edge of the resort park near the lake, a 15 min walk from the central mineral water pump room.
